1. General Provisions

By accessing the goo11 age platform or using any of its services, you agree to fully comply with these terms and conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between goo11 age and its users.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. 1.1 Definitions

"Platform" — The goo11 age website and application, through which casino, sports betting, and other gaming services are provided.
"User" — Any person who has registered an account on goo11 age or is using its services.
"Account" — A user's registered profile, through which they can access the features of the platform.
"Funds" — Money deposited into a user's account, used for placing bets or playing games.
"Bonus" — A promotional reward provided by goo11 age, usable subject to specific conditions.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on goo11 age, you must meet the following requirements. We reserve the right to close any account registered without meeting these requirements.

2.1 Age Restriction

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be suspended and any bonuses collected will be voided.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true and accurate. goo11 age reserves the right to close the account and withhold funds if false or misleading information is provided.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Specific limits and methods apply to depositing and withdrawing money on the goo11 age platform. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. After a successful request, funds typically arrive within 5 to 30 minutes.

3.3 Verification Process

For large withdrawals, goo11 age reserves the right to verify the identity of the account holder. Failure to submit the required documents in a timely manner may delay the processing of the withdrawal.

Withdrawing through the same method used to deposit is safer and faster.
Funds will be sent only to the mobile number or bank account registered on the account — not to any third party.
Using account funds for any illegal purpose or for money laundering is strictly prohibited.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

goo11 age runs bonuses and promotional offers for users from time to time. Each offer comes with specific terms and conditions, and failure to comply with them may result in the bonus being cancelled.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Once the bonus is activated, a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount must be met before it can be withdrawn.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. You must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 Bonus Usage Rules

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
It is not possible to claim another bonus while one is active, until the wagering on the current bonus is complete.
Any attempt to manipulate accounts or payment methods to earn bonuses will result in the permanent closure of the account.
goo11 age reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

4.3 VIP Cashback

Regular users receive weekly cashback through the VIP program. Cashback applies on weekly net losses at up to 0.3% at the Bronze level, up to 0.7% at the Silver level, and up to 1.0% at the Gold level. Cashback is calculated from the total losses for the week (total losses minus total wins).

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

Certain specific rules must be followed when engaging in sports betting and casino gaming on goo11 age. These rules apply equally to all users.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All odds displayed on the platform are subject to change and may be updated at the time of final settlement. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, goo11 age reserves the right to void that bet.

5.2 Match Settlement

Bets on cricket, football, and other sports are settled after verifying results from recognised sources. If a match is cancelled or incomplete, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

Placing bets using any software, bot, or automated method is prohibited.
Using two or more accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
Betting based on insider information or match-fixing is illegal and is an offence that may result in account termination.
Arbitrage betting or using any other systematic method to exploit bonuses purely for profit is not acceptable.

5.4 Finality of Game Results

Casino games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial. Once a game result is determined, it cannot be changed and no complaints regarding it will be accepted.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1 Confidentiality of Information

Personal information provided at registration will not be sold or transferred to third parties. However, information may be disclosed to authorities where required by law or to prevent fraud.

6.3 Use of Cookies

8.3 Return of Funds

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, bonus funds and related winnings will be forfeited. A decision on returning the original deposit will be made depending on the circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Technical Disruptions

goo11 age will not be held responsible for service interruptions caused by internet disconnection, server maintenance, or other technical reasons. What happens to any bets in progress during such situations will be determined case by case.

9.3 Gaming Losses

goo11 age is not obligated to compensate for any financial losses incurred through gaming or betting. All gaming decisions are made entirely at the user's own discretion.
